The items I will put to you here for your intelligent perusal are questions I have asked and still ask and questions and answers from others and quotes from still others far wiser than I.

Some of you may have noticed some odd shenanigans going on up at the White House of late and in Washington in general. It is said by the powers that be that we are in danger! A group of blood crazed Islamic extremists are out to kill every red blooded American where ever they can find them,

the wretched cave dwelling enemy is even now plotting their next move to bring down the Nation. From caves and mud brick hovels powered by old truck battery's they use the marvels of civilization to attack us even into our homes. But fear not fellow Americans, our President George Bush and his crack team of advisor's [ you remember the guy's who brought us WMD's] have sworn to protect us from the misinformed inferior sub human enemy combatant.

Even if it means placing us all under house arrest or declaring martial law. don't worry, whatever it takes folks we'll do it for your own good. Now hearing that I was immediately reminded of Ben Franklin's words penned so many years ago but as valid today as at any time in history. Forgive me Ben for I paraphrase, just a bit. " Those who would sacrifice freedom for temporary safety, deserve neither."                    

I ask that you bear with me as this is the first web page this old man has ever attempted and it is not only a labor of love but a work in progress and as I have discovered, just plain labor. I will attempt to fill it with useful links and information you can use to make up your own mind if we are being swindled by the people we trust to run the boat while we play on deck and avail our selfs of the buffet.

Monday, 24 March 2008                                                                                                 You know all these theories running around today, you know the ones, huge global take over, Bush is making him self a dictator, 9/11 was a government plot etc on and on so forth and so on, kinda gives most people the willies. After all our government is here to protect us from the bad guys right? Yes, the government is here to "provide for the common defense." How ever I know and you should know that power corrupts and that absolute power corrupts absolutely.

I am no Rocket scientist by any stretch of the imagination yet I can see trends just like anyone else. I don't want to believe that people we have elected to ensure or freedoms and safety are slipping it to us while we blithely go about the increasingly difficult task of making a living, but, and its a very large but, What if, say only ten percent of them were true or lets be conservative, lets say only 5% were true would that not be cause for alarm? To tell you the truth I think that even 1% if true would have me up in arms. I don't ask that you believe in each and every one of these theories all I ask is for you to take a bit of your time and look at the evidence.

There is no one in government who can produce a copy of, much less the original Law that says any one has to pay the IRS.

The IRS is a Government contractor just like the ones providing security in Iraq that have made the news lately. A private contractor dose not and can not have police powers with in the USA. Its no different than giving your garbage collector a gun and telling him he can arrest you for not separating recyclables from the biodegradable stuff. Hes a private contractor not a garbage cop.

I am not against paying my fair share to fund what the government needs, to do what The Constitution requires but not in an unfair non uniform manner in which the levying of taxes are Mandated by The Constitution. Not to mention the fact that the 16 Amendment [ Amendment means- To change before ie  A correction in an errour committed in a process, 'and espied before judgement.'" not at some latter time ] was never ratified [Approved] by the necessary number of states.  

It is also against the Laws of our Land to use Federal Troops in the continental United States except to put down rebellion. George Bush signed a Law giving him self the power to declare Martial Law at his whim [ that is at his discretion with out the agreement of congress]  There is a Bill pending right now  house Bill 1955 that would make what I am saying to you right now a terrorist act. The above is only a small part of what is happening in Washington right now. Is that 1% enough to make you ask,WHAT IF ITS TRUE?  

All I ask is, let us the Citizens of this nation make an inquiry into these questions. Demand an independent investigation into these charges. If they prove false then every one will know and feel better for it but if they prove to be the truth we my just have saved our children from a life of drudgery to a power elite. Would you go to sleep in the wilderness with out checking to see if a snake had crawled into your sleeping bag?   Sleep tight,don't let the bed bugs bite.                                                                

Hello brothers and sisters, It is Saturday April 19th 2008 a beautiful day here in Austin. The sky is blue the sun is bright and the wild flowers are tall and as happy as a clam at high tide. to just look out the window one would not know a War was raging. there are no artillery shells raining down in the court yard no sound of small arms fire in the distance the contrails in the sky are from Passenger Jets not F-16's. Do not let the calm fool you.                                                                                                                                                                                                  Our Enemy's are working night and day to tighten their grip on us and have made up their minds long ago that the Constitution is dead and an impediment to the fulfilling of their goals. Hence it must be Suspended as soon as possible. Their puppets have been busy at slashing the Amendments and foisting off Presidential Directives effectively bypassing Congress and ignoring the Constitution in a seemingly blissful exercise of unrestrained power. The following quote is but one example in "Their Own Words" of hundreds of other you have read here or else where.                                                                                                                        

"International terrorism will be brought under control because governments will realize counterterrorism is primarily a police function rather than a job for the military, says Ronald Noble, the secretary-general of Interpol. Passports and IDs will be linked to a global monitoring system, much as credit cards are today. "People will no longer be able to travel and engage in transactions with anonymity," thanks to surveillance and biometrics, he says. All this will pose "thorny issues" for a post-privacy era."                                                                                                                                                                                                     

The Enemy has now escalated the War, they are now using the Pulpit to Preach Submission. The millions of Church goers who routinely hang on and drool over every word from these Charismatic Evangelical Ministers of the one true Faith, are now being told that "God" Wants you to be a slave. He [God] wants you to obey the authority's who he [God] put in place, no one rules with out the ok from "God" so they [the government] must be doing "God's" will and we should as good Christians do what we are told and shut up. Last time I checked Slaves had no Rights Period.                                                                                                                                  

If just half of the millions that hear this go along with it we are doomed. NO matter if you are a long time warrior of this fight or if you are newly awakened to the danger, go to your calendar and put a big mark on todays date for it is a mile stone on the path to misery. From this day forth each day we waste in doing nothing, puts the Enemy farther ahead and they already have much of their plan in place. We are fighting a War and we are dreadfully short of friends.                                                                                                        

It is time to put our differences aside and no matter what your culture your skin color or your faith or what ever and Hang together or in the words of Ben Franklin, "We will surely Hang separately". The Enemy has great power and all the arms, if we hesitate, we will lose. It has become unthinkable to revolt in the traditional sense of revolt, we can not win with shotguns and deer rifles. We can only succeed by unity. United we can demand the arrest and trail of the elected who have all but trashed the Constitution and our freedom, we still have some power but I warn you it is slipping through our fingers at an alarming rate and once we lose it we will never get it back.                                                                                                                       Once we take care of the Clear and Present Danger we can dissolve the IRS and the FED, we can rebuild what they have torn down in our own good time without fear. Right now the House is on Fire, its time to put it out, not worry how it started. Talk to any one who will listen, Organize, coordinate form groups but don't waste time on Roberts rules of order, keep focused on the Clear and Present danger.
